All the information...

Step into a heart-opening celebration of African Djembe Drumming, Ecstatic Dancing, Meditation, Prayer and Antarma’s Universal Heart Songs.

This is more than an event, it’s a life-affirming journey of sound, rhythm, and spirit. Together we’ll create an atmosphere that is purifying, nourishing, and joy-filled, where every voice, every beat, and every movement is welcome.

The energy will flow naturally, sometimes soft and deeply meditative, sometimes wild, ecstatic, and alive. Expect laughter, sacred stillness, and uplifting rhythms that carry us into connection with ourselves, each other, and the infinite.

Come ready to sing, move, and be moved, a truly unforgettable evening of music, joy, and soulful community.

“Antarma brings more than upbeat entertainment, his work enables connection and freedom of expression. When this man bows down and wishes you peace, you can feel that it comes from a deeply meditated place.”

Introducing Antarma

Growing up in London, Antarma’s influences and collaborations are truly multicultural – from Ancient Sanskrit Mantras of the Sanatan Dharma Indian Tradition to Amazonian, Sufi and African Brazilian Sacred Traditions. He wove these teachings into his skills as a rapper and percussionist, first making his name busking on the streets of London, captivating hundreds with just drum and voice.

He now brings this same vibrancy into powerful events that fuse meditation, chanting, song and dance into fully interactive journeys of deep connection and ecstatic joy. Whether playing solo for thousands at festivals or intimate groups at retreats, he guides transformational, life-affirming experiences through music, celebration, poetry and mantra practice.

His upbeat djembe drumming unites crowds, often joined by his own dancing amongst them. Alongside this, his deeply relaxing mantras, guided meditations and adapted English mantra translations – with the blessing of his Guru Mata Vijnanamba Paramahamsa Parivrajika – make ancient verses feel alive and relevant today.

Antarma’s debut singles Aum Shakti Aum and Just to Live continue to move listeners deeply, while his most recent release, Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha (2025), honours the remover of obstacles. He has shared globally at live concerts, ceremonies and retreats across Europe, Asia and beyond, and has appeared at festivals including Udaya Live (Bulgaria), Geneva International Yoga Festival, Mind Body Spirit (London), LoveJam and Medicine Festival.

All of Antarma’s music, mantras and practices are shared with the intention of bringing Peace, Joy, Celebration and Love for all hearts, nature and all beings.

Unity

We gather as one

This is more than an event; it’s a collective intention. Together we celebrate life, share music, and connect with the energy of unity. By gathering as one, we amplify love, acceptance, and connection, sending ripples of love out into the universe.

This is a full 6-hour session. Please note that there will be a 1.5-hour break midway through the day, during which fresh homemade soup and salads will be served to the community. We encourage you to take this time to relax, enjoy some nourishing food, connect with others, or go for a walk and enjoy the fresh air.

Please note that we do not sell food at the studio. However, a selection of drinks will be available to purchase before the session begins, during the break, and after the event. These include kombucha, cacao juice, CanO Water, and a variety of Yogi teas. A complimentary cup of ceremonial cacao is also included as part of your experience.

There will also be a fruit basket available with a donation box for those who wish to contribute. Fresh iced water will be provided free of charge throughout the day. You are also very welcome to bring your own water bottle and any additional snacks you may like.

What should you bring?

The studio will have plenty of rugs and pillows on the floor, but you are welcome to bring your own. You may also wish to bring a journal to write down anything that comes up during your experience.

Contraindications

Important: Please Read

Contraindications For Cacao

Although cacao is safe for most of us, some people should take extra precautions for themselves before eating or drinking cacao.

Cacao is contraindicated with antidepressants including some SSRIs and all MORI antidepressants. If you are on high doses, I would not advise drinking a cacao. If you are on smaller doses smaller amounts of cacao are usually ok, but as always consult your doctor. In the weeks leading to the ceremony, you may want to test doses. Start with 5-10g in 250ml of water and see how that is for you. Please note cacao raises serotonin levels significantly.

For people with increased anxiety, a history of seizures, diabetes and heart conditions please consult your doctor before ingesting cacao.

More information on request. If you have asthma, please have your inhaler beside you.

Liability

Please note that by purchasing a ticket you agree that The Jasper Cacao Project Ltd and Shane Cooke are not liable for any injury or harm that you may incur at this practice/class & you fully understand the contraindications of ingesting Cacao. You agree to take full responsibility of yourself, your health, your well-being and all of your belongings whilst at the ceremony. If you have any allergies please let us know before the event.
