About Shane

Shane Cooke

Shane Cooke is the founder of The Jasper Cacao Project and The Jasper Community Space.

As a ceremonial space holder and holistic healing practitioner, Shane guides people through powerful journeys of transformation using Holotropic Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Somatic practices, and Ceremonial Cacao. His work is centred around helping people reconnect with the wisdom of the body, access deeper states of awareness, release stored emotional energy and trauma, and return to a greater sense of wholeness, freedom, and inner peace.

Through conscious breath, energy work, sound, and sacred ceremony, Shane creates grounded, heart-led spaces where people can safely explore, heal, expand, and reconnect with their true selves. His approach weaves together ancient practices and modern healing modalities to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, and lasting personal transformation.

Leanne Mortimer

Leanne is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and holistic practitioner with a passion for creating spaces of balance, healing, and connection through therapeutic bodywork and mindful movement.

She teaches Ashtanga yoga, blending breath, movement, and body awareness, while also offering Thai massage, deep tissue massage, sound healing, and holistic treatments to support both physical recovery and mental wellbeing.

Having trained extensively throughout Asia, Leanne draws inspiration from the cultures, traditions, and healing practices she has experienced during her travels. Her approach combines traditional techniques with an intuitive understanding of the body, creating space for people to slow down, release tension, reconnect with themselves, and restore balance in both body and mind.

Chris Porteous

Chris is a dedicated yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner with a passion for creating immersive, meditative experiences for transformation and deep healing. He teaches Yin & Vinyasa yoga, blending mindful movement with profound stillness, and offers sacred sound therapy as a complementary practice to restore balance and awareness.

With a love for music and rhythm, Chris weaves harmonic soundscapes using singing bowls, gongs, handpans, and drums into her teachings, inviting others to slow down, reconnect, and discover their own path to wellbeing through the power of vibration.
