All about it...

Join Blousy in a singing circle filled with love & expression as we raise our voices and vibration together. We will go on a journey together with our voices to empower ourselves through a mix of original songs blousy has created specifically for singing circles and songs she has connected with over the last few years. Blousy's singing circles are about freedom of letting go of self judgements and singing with intention from your heart, from a pure place rather than how good you sound or how good your pitch is. Blousy believes everyone can sing and that singing can be a powerful tool to express the depths of our hearts and release our inner voices to share with the world and each other.

We’ll begin the circle with breathwork and meditation led by Shane, accompanied by a warm cup of Jasper cacao shared with the group to open the space. Shane will also close the gathering with meditation, paired with Diane’s lemongrass and ginger tea from their lands in Thailand.

We have a few djembes, shakers, and frame drums to hand out, but feel free to bring your own if you want an instrument, an instrument is not essential.

Introducing Blousy Haorang

Blousy’s journey with sound, music and vibration began three years ago, when she started to "shadow" and acompany her brother, Arachai, in his sound journeys. This is where Blousy found her true voice and her connection to vibration and sound. Picking up her Ukulele after years of disconnect Blousy started to express herself through song and other instruments such as Singing Bowls, Handpan and Djembe.

Her lyrics are pure expressions of the heart which have come trough her own personal journey. Blousy's songs are a reflection of her inner journey and have transformed her darker times to light creating an empowering and uplifting feeling for herself and those who listen.

She is feeling very blessed to be sharing this workshop with you all.

Drop into your essence

Feeling safe.....

Our circles are designed to be a sanctuary of safety, where self-love and self-expression are encouraged and honoured. In this space, everyone is free from judgement and supported by a shared intention to heal and connect. Through the soothing energies of sound and the gentle guidance of our practices, participants are invited to turn inward, embracing and honouring their own emotions, needs, and stories. This safe container fosters vulnerability and authenticity, encouraging you to let go of self-criticism and nurture compassion for yourself. Whether through quiet reflection or shared experiences, each person is invited to express themselves freely, creating a sense of belonging, inner peace, and acceptance that lingers long after the circle closes.

Contraindications

Important: Please Read

Cacao will be served as part of your ticket, there will also be other refreshments on sale such as cacao juice, kombucha and can-o-water.

Contraindications For Cacao

Although cacao is safe for most of us, some people should take extra precautions for themselves before eating or drinking cacao.

Cacao is contraindicated with antidepressants including some SSRIs and all MORI antidepressants. If you are on high doses, I would not advise drinking a cacao. If you are on smaller doses smaller amounts of cacao are usually ok, but as always consult your doctor. In the weeks leading to the ceremony, you may want to test doses. Start with 5-10g in 250ml of water and see how that is for you. Please note cacao raises serotonin levels significantly.

For people with increased anxiety, a history of seizures, diabetes and heart conditions please consult your doctor before ingesting cacao.

More information on request. If you have asthma, please have your inhaler beside you.

Liability

Please note that by purchasing a ticket you agree that The Jasper Cacao Project Ltd and Shane Cooke are not liable for any injury or harm that you may incur at this practice/class & you fully understand the contraindications of ingesting Cacao. You agree to take full responsibility of yourself, your health, your well-being and all of your belongings whilst at the ceremony.
