There comes a point when you know talking isn’t enough, you can feel it sitting there in the chest, the belly, the throat, the tightness, the words you swallowed, the grief that never fully moved.
You’ve done the thinking, you’ve held it together, you’ve coped well, but your body keeps the score.
A one to one Holosomatic Breathwork journey offers a safe, deep journey inward and carefully held space to go beyond the mind and into the body, not to force anything but to gently soften what has been braced for too long, to move what is ready to move, to come back into relationship with yourself.
Using the Holotropic breathwork method, we work with conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music, body awareness and grounded integration, the approach is trauma aware, steady and contained, you are supported throughout.
This is not about chasing breakthroughs, it is about creating the right conditions for your nervous system to feel safe enough to let go.
Conscious connected breathing works directly with the autonomic nervous system, the part of you that governs stress and safety, by changing the rhythm of the breath in a supported setting, we can help the body shift out of long held fight or flight responses and into a state where processing becomes possible, research in breathwork and somatic therapy shows that intentional breathing can reduce stress hormones, improve heart rate variability and support emotional regulation.
When something overwhelming happens and cannot be processed at the time, it does not simply disappear, it can remain stored as tension, protective patterns or unresolved emotional charge, breathwork allows access to these deeper layers in a way that talking alone often cannot, the analytical mind softens, the body speaks and what has been held can begin to move.
Music guides the emotional arc of the journey, body awareness and integration ensure that whatever arises is grounded and meaningfully woven back into your life.
This is deep work, but it is steady, grounded rather than dramatic, regulated rather than chaotic.
You are not pushed, your system sets the pace and you do not have to carry it alone any longer

There are times in life where you realise you are functioning, but not fully feeling. You might be carrying tension that never quite switches off, reacting more quickly than you would like, feeling flat, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of holding everything together. You may have talked things through and understood the story, yet your body still feels braced. A session can be powerful when you sense something is ready to shift, when you are willing to meet yourself honestly, and when you want support to move from coping into genuine regulation and reconnection. This work is for those moments when you know you are ready to go deeper, safely and with guidance.
This method can support you with:
It is not about fixing you.
It is about giving your system the conditions it needs to reset, integrate and remember its own capacity to heal.
My one to one sessions are designed to be a sanctuary of safety, where self-love and self-expression are encouraged and honoured. This space is free from judgment and supported by a shared intention or supporting healing of mind, body and spirit. Through the gentle guidance of these practices, you are invited to turn inward, embracing and honouring your own emotions, needs, and stories. This safe container fosters vulnerability and authenticity, encouraging you to let go of self-criticism and nurture compassion for yourself. You are invited to express yourself freely, creating a sense of belonging, inner peace, and acceptance that lingers long after the session closes.
The breathwork technique for attaining Holotropic and Transpersonal states involves three distinct phases: Activation, Exploration, and Expansion. We always start with a grounding phase of around 5 minutes to establish a sense of presence.
So all in all:
We begin slowly, with grounding, a gentle check in, and space to set an intention for your journey.
You will lie down comfortably, fully supported, warm and safe. I guide you into connected breathing rhythms, steady and conscious, the music carrying you as your body begins to open. You will flow through the phases, fully guided, I am there the entire time, holding the space, tracking your nervous system, offering reassurance and support wherever it is needed.
The active breathing journey usually lasts around 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for the process to unfold naturally, without rush or pressure.
Where appropriate, I may offer supportive bodywork. This is always invitational and consent based. Gentle touch, grounding contact, or focused pressure can help release areas of stored tension, support emotional expression, and assist the nervous system to complete stress responses that were previously interrupted. Sometimes the body needs a little help to finish what it could not finish at the time. Bodywork can support that completion in a safe and contained way.
Afterwards, we allow time to land, to integrate, to speak if words are there, or to sit quietly if they are not. This part is just as important as the breathing itself. It allows your system to settle, your insights to root, and your experience to be gently woven back into everyday life.
You leave grounded, not rushed, steady in your body, with space around whatever has moved.
