Private Sound Healing Journey
Allow yourself to deeply unwind and reconnect with your inner world through a one-to-one sound healing session, held in the sanctuary of the Jasper Community Space. I work with a curated collection of ancient and modern instruments from crystal singing bowls and gongs to chimes, shruti box and sacred drums, each carefully chosen to support your unique healing journey.
These sessions are designed to gently guide you into a meditative state, allowing your nervous system to soften and your energy to realign. The sound vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, clear emotional blockages, and restore a sense of peace and clarity.
Receiving sound healing is a deep process and it is my job to create a sense of safety and ease, before, during and after the session, deepening the experience and allowing the integration to ripple into your daily life more seamlessly. It’s like weaving moments of ceremony and stillness directly into the fabric of your everyday.

Sound healing is a powerful modality that works with vibrational frequency to bring the body, mind, and energy system back into balance. In our one-to-one sessions, I bring this ancient practice directly to your home, creating a safe and soothing environment for deep restoration.

How to Prepare
This preparation is important so that you can get the best from your session.
Booking: Once you have booked up here you will recieve a Liability form to fill out and return before moving forward.
Read containdications before booking: Also on arrival to your session you will also be asked to answer a few questions and sign a waiver form.
Cancellations and refunds: Please note there are no refunds if you cancell within 48 hours of your session, however you can swap the date. Extreme circumstances may be taken into consideration at the discretion of The Jasper Community Space and/or practitioner.
Consulting a doctor: If you see any of the major contraindications on the list that relate to you, it's always best to consult your doctor first before booking.
While sound healing is a deeply relaxing and beneficial practice, there are some important contraindications to keep in mind to ensure a safe experience for everyone. People who are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a history of seizures, or use a pacemaker or other metal implants should consult with a healthcare provider before participating. The powerful vibrations from gongs and other instruments can sometimes create intense resonance within the body, which may not be suitable for these individuals. For pregnant participants beyond the first trimester, sound healing can often be enjoyed safely, but it's best to keep a slight distance from the strongest vibrations, like those from gongs. Additionally, if you have any sensitivity to sound or are prone to anxiety, let the facilitator know so adjustments can be made to ensure a comfortable experience. At our event, your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to help make this journey as safe and enjoyable as possible.
