By applying and being accepted as a Jasper Cacao Wholesale Partner, you enter into a professional relationship representing a brand you love while operating as an independent entity. This partnership does not establish an employment relationship with Jasper Cacao Project LTD, nor does it grant you the authority to act as an official spokesperson for the company. Instead, it is a collaborative partnership in which we support your passion for sharing cacao.
Legal and Compliance Responsibilities
As an individual or business selling cacao under our branding or your own, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines related to the sale of food products. Additionally, you must have adequate training and knowledge of cacao’s contraindications to ensure its safe consumption.
The Jasper Cacao Project is not responsible for how you conduct your business or any operational decisions you make. We are here to offer guidance and share our expertise, but responsibility for your business practices, including training and legal compliance, rests entirely with you.
Brand Representation and Accountability
While we offer guidance, the Jasper Cacao Project is only accountable for its own brand and cannot be held liable for any misinformation or misrepresentation originating from your brand or marketing efforts. If you misrepresent or provide incorrect information about the Jasper Cacao brand, we reserve the right to terminate your partnership and, in severe cases, take further action.
All information we provide is advisory, and you are responsible for how you use it in your business.
We reserve the right to decline any wholesale or affiliate application without providing an explanation.
Wholesale Terms
When selling Jasper Cacao branded products, we may request to review how you represent our brand to ensure it aligns with our values of respect, love, and integrity. We may visit your shop, markets, fairs, circles, or events to observe your operations and offer support to help you maximise the value of representing the Jasper Cacao brand.
