Peruvian Blend Cacao

The Criollo bean used in this ceremonial paste is known as the finest bean for ceremonial cacao. They are the rarest and most sought-after bean only equating to 3% of the global cacao bean growth. The OTHER 50% of the paste is a mix of Forrestero which is the most common and abundantly available bean and Trinitario which is a hybrid strain of the two and quite rare.
